Promotional Cards Increase Traffic.

Are you interested in getting more customers to your store or website?

Promotional Cards have proven to be one of the most effective tools to increase store or website traffic and increase the frequency of customer visits. Many of our Direct Mail and retail clients use Promotional Cards and have seen measurable sales results and an increase in profit. Outperforming coupons and paper cards by nearly $1 billion, a promotional card will increase response rates and revenue.

A promotional card can function in a number of different ways allowing that you set guidelines to drive customers toward specific products, brands, store locations, websites or days of the week. This will maximize profitability.

The average redemption rate for plastic promotional cards is 34% compared to the average 2% for paper coupon offers.

Adding a plastic promotional card to a new or existing direct mail package will without a doubt increase your response rate ‒ no matter the industry or generation you are targeting. Our clients have experienced response rate increases of as much as 17% over the response rate of a package mailing without a plastic card. Basically a message of "go here, do this" is printed and personalized on the card. It is well known that people keep a plastic card for a much longer time than any similar piece. And your company message is in their wallet every time they see your card.

Customer incentives and rewards can be awarded via a plastic card with or without interfacing to your POS ‒ a promo card can be accepted in exchange for the reward or incentive allowing that you track who did and did not redeem their rewards. Knowing how to re-market to potential or existing customers will enhance marketing efforts.

A promotional card will let you customize the time frame for use, valid locations and brands to what will be most profitable for your business. DVRG® has a tremendous amount of relevant knowledge regarding the start up and use of promotional cards ‒ contact us and we'll talk about increasing your company's revenue today!

Is your business making the most of gift card sales?

The National Retail Federation finds that more than 30% of parents with college-bound kids will provide them with gift cards and prepaid cards this year – that's an increase of 2% over 2010. It is also an excellent prediction of gift card sales increasing for the holiday season. An even better indicator of a promising gift card season? The total amount parents and their students anticipate spending on plastic cards - - - $3.4 billion. That is an increase of nearly $1 billion over last year.

Gift cards are increasingly popular because they're easy to use and one-size-fits all. And for merchants they are an excellent way to increase visibility and get new customers. A recipient of, for example, a $25 gift card will rarely spend only that $25 when redeeming the card in your store or online. The average gift cardholder will spend nearly double the amount of the gift card value before leaving your business.

Even in the most tight economic times, gift card usage grows year over year across every age group and every demographic. There is no better way to be the perfect solution for your customers this holiday season!

DVRG® prints and personalizes custom gift cards in every quantity; we can work directly with your merchant processor to make certain that your business has a profitable holiday season. Call or email us for additional information – we'd love to hear from you!
